Listing FAQs
How do I track the performance?
Once your Premium Listing has been reviewed and validated by VisitDominica,
you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access your
online stats. This service is not available with the Free Listing
type.
Where will my listing appear?
Listings appear in search results. Users access these search results
through searches or by clicking on categorized directory links within
a specific section, such as Accommodation
Listings or specific Area Listings.
Category advertiser banners are shown at the top of a page, Premium
PLUS Listings are shown first, Premium Listings then follow, Free
Listings follow Premium Listings.
How do I edit my Listing?
Use the site to go to your Listing detail. Click on the small blue box on the bottom-right of your Listing.

You will then be prompted to enter your password.
I've lost my password!
Got to edit your Listing as described above, and just click the link that says 'Forgot Your Password'! An e-mail will be sent to the address on file.
I'm already a Delphis Ltd. client, do I get a discount?
YES! Delphis clients get a discount. There are also discounts if you pay annually.
How can I pay?
You can pay in a number of ways. Our office is conveniently located in Roseau at 52 Independence St. (that's opposite Toulon Agencies). You can also mail payment to:

You can also pay securely online here.
If you pay by credit card, it will be charged when the Listing appears on the
site. If you choose a product with monthly billing, your credit
card will be charged when the listing first appears, and will continue
to be charged the current monthly fee each month on that date for
the remainder of your agreement. If you pay annually, you will be
charged the full annual amount (less a discount) when your listing appears.
Once
your payment expires, your Lisiting will remain but be downgraded
to Free.
